COMMENTS ABOUT VIDEO: This nearly 24 minute long video focuses on the lower
body. There are two sets of Thread the Needles, Bun Blasters, etc.; but,
nothing new from the three previously released Total Body Videos. There are
about ten reps of each exercise, except for T-Tapp Twists, which there are
only four of; however, this video focuses on the lower body not the
abdominal region. My lower half feels like toasts after this one.
