I didn’t like this one. I found it pretty dry. This workout uses a fitness circle/magic circle. In many cases, it seemed like the fitness circle was simply a prop – it was used only for the sake of using it. There were some exercises, though, where it was an integral part of the exercise. These parts I generally liked, but not enough to save the entire 30-minute video. I will admit, however, that I felt a little “good” soreness the next day, so my time wasn’t wasted. I would classify this video as intermediate as far as Pilates goes. It starts off very easy, but gets more challenging as it goes along. If you’re looking for fitness circle videos, I really can’t recommend this one unless you can get it very cheap – it’s just too boring. The no-name workout that came with my circle turned out to be more fun than this.
