Time for You: Post-Pregnancy Energizing Stretch

This is a very nice, short 20 minute stretch routine which concentrates on the areas where new moms are likely to have a lot of tension. The garden setting, with a waterfall, is the same used for Kathy's abdominal video. The music is very soft and not at all distracting.

This video would be a good choice for a new mom who just wants to do something good for herself, but doesn't have time or energy for a longer video.
