I just attempted to do the Jazz workout. I liked the music. I didn't think the instructor's cueing or form pointers were very good in this video. She used ballet terms. If you aren't familiar with ballet terminology and moves, you might get lost. I found the choreography complex myself. I was disappointed in the small amount of aerobic segments. There seems to be more time spent on the warmup, stretch, cool-down, and a bonus dance segment than doing the cardio routine. It looks like it could be fun if you can get the moves down. I give the Jazz workout a thumbs in the middle. I was disappointed overall with the workout. I paid $6. I don't think it is worth more than that.
