NOTE: This review is for Lower Body Sculpture EXPRESS, a shortened version of the full length tape (it's about 35 minutes, and I am not sure it's sold anymore, I got it through the swaps)
This is a decent, short lower body workout. I really love the outer thigh, glute, and hamstring work in this (these parts are all floorwork). There is no inner thigh work though, and I was not happy that an ab section was included, since I thought I would be working my legs and buns only for 35 minutes, but the ab section detracted from that. I give it a B.
Margaret does not count reps. If you want to get an even workout, you must count them out yourself.
