This consists of 2 strength workouts, each 30 minutes long. The first is pectorals, triceps, back, abs, outer thighs, and inner thighs. I liked this whole section, especially the inner and outer thigh work. The second workout is biceps, deltoids, obliques, calves, quads, hamstrings, and glutes. This was really good, too. I especially liked the oblique work Ė you do it standing and lean to the side holding a weight. Also, the quad work was killer, consisting of quad extensions with ankle weights. This video is a keeper for me, mainly because of the floor work for the legs. If you are not a floorwork person, you may not care for it. One of the best things about this video, however, is seeing all the different scenes from past years. Itís fun to see how styles and Margaret herself have changed, and itís fun to see the different sets. Warning: if you are allergic to bright, shiny spandex, beware of this video, because you will definitely see some. :) Grade A.
