This tape consists of 4 parts: breathing work, "self-accupressure" using a wooden massage-roller, standing flexibility moves, and meditation. In total, it's an hour long. I suppose you would be relaxed and energized if you had the patience to do all of it, but it's just not my thing. I'd rather do a stretch-only video.
The music is very relaxing, with Oriental-type instruments, and there are birds chirping in the background. Some of the breathing exercises might make you feel like a moron, especially if anyone else is in the house. You makes noises
while you do them.
All in all, it's a nicely-produced video and a change of pace, but make sure that it's your "style" before you spend $29.95 on it (like I did).
Instructor comments: Jhoon Rhee is an older gentlemen who is a
specialist in Eastern-type health and fitness.
