This video is suprisingly good and will work your butt off. Don't think that because it's by Charlene Prickett, the low impact queen that this is a joke. The first time I did it I didn't think I could finish it. What I love about Charlene is the simple but effective cardio. Cardio doesn't need to be tricky to make you work and she knows this. I was sweating up a storm and guzzling my water like crazy. I like the moves but wow did I work! The workout clothes are a bit, dated. lol but I overlooked that and concentrated on making it through this video. Very well put together and a tough but good workout. It is challenging I will say that. If you want a higher intensity but still safe from crazy injury-inducing moves, check this out. I give it an A+.
What more can I say? I am a huge fan of Charlene. I do not rave about all her tapes but this one is worthy of raves. :)
