McLish is an excellent cue-er and her demonstrations
with safety tips are first rate. She has a great
no-nonsense style that she sometimes downplays with
artificial comments like "MMM...that feels
greeaat!" Despite those dumb quips for all of us out
in TV land, I think her skill at showing effective
excercises and proper form are superb.
Rachel is good at explaining what muscles you're working
and where you should be feeling it. And, wow, does she
have some muscle!
