This is a Shaped 2 Fit production, so the
quality (as with all their tapes) is pretty
low. This one is easier to follow, because
it's made as a video workout -- some of their
others are convention workouts with huge
classes, and the camera keeps flopping
Dahdri is very good. The purpose of this
workout is to incorporate trunk stabilizing
moves into a regular step workout. She does
a great job. Your balance will definitely
be challenged, and at the same time you are
getting a good cardio workout.
I give the workout a B+, but the production
ranks a C-.
