Wow - what fun! I have to admit, the first time I
did this tape I didn't like it. But that was just because
I wasn't familiar with the steps. From the second time
on, I've been hooked!
This is an advanced tape, at
least as far as choreography. For intensity purposes,
it's either advanced or higher-intermediate; I can't
decide. But in either case, it's a good refreshing
workout different from the normal ones you see.
Grace doesn't take a lot of time to explain or break
down the moves, so the first time you do this, you'll
probably be frustrated as I was. But the second time was
much easier, and from then on, this has been one of my
favorites. It's got very good, motivating music, and the
steps are really fun. I give it an "A".
Instructor comments: Grace Lazenby is a lot of fun. She's friendly and
motivating, and her choreography is a blast. This is the
only video I've ever seen by her, but I hope she does
I'm suprised there aren't more reviews of this video. The coreography is interesting - on an intermediate/advanced level. The music is pretty good - which is more than I can say for most exercise videos (to me this is the big difference between doing a video and going to a big city step class). The set is quite attractive. All and all a very fun tape. It's important to seek out videos by instructors who are very good but who don't have the big corporate push or the celebrity name recognition. Keep 'em coming Grace!
