This is a fun, moderate-intensity to low-advanced workout (both in choreography and intensity). Itís about 55 minutes long. Petraís breakdown of the choreography is a tad slow, but not bad. You learn combos 1 and 2, combine them 2 times; then you learn combos 3 and 4 and combine them 2 times; and finally you do 1 through 4 all the way through 2 times. I didnít feel bored in the TIFT department at all. Itís nice to have a no-gimmick regular step workout Ė it seems like theyíre getting harder to find!
This workout runs about 50 minutes and I would agree with Collage's description of it as being at intermediate level with moderate choreography. It's almost entirely low impact, but the choreography is tricky enough that you need to pay attention in order to get down all the moves. Petra cues well. One of the best things about this workout is the music - it has very good music. Petra is the sole participant in the video - I would have preferred background exercisers, but that's just my own personal preference. This was a good workout.
