I thought that this was an interesting
video. It is broken up into 5 minute
segments. The menu on the DVD is

Each segment is 5 minutes. I am not
sure exactly where to fit this in. Kathy
says to do this workout 3 times a week
all the way through, or one 5 minute
5 minutes? I can't believe that any
fitness instructor would recommend
working out for only 5 minutes a day. I
could see maybe using it on a time
crunched day, or as an add on, but I
don't think that 5 minutes a day can
work as your whole fitness routine.
Even doing it all the way through is
only giving you a 5 minute upper body
workout , or 5 minutes lower body.
That is not enough for me.
I do like this workout, I think that I will
use it as add ons, instead of as is. I
think someone who is very new to
exercising may benefit from this type of
workout, but not me.
I thought that she was a good
instructor. I could not get over how
muscular her upper body was.
