iCombo 24 Meditative Stretch (14 minutes)

▪ Cat curls
▪ Lie on side: Quad and hip flexor stretch with towel / Lie on back: Hamstring stretch with towel (dynamic and static). Repeat on other side
▪ Happy baby
▪ Spinal stretch
▪ Back stretch: Extend legs 90 degrees and place a towel around the feet, then pull shoulders off the floor
▪ Savasana (2 minutes)
