▪ Standing obliques (side flexion)
▪ Ribs isolations (rib cage side-to-side)

Core work (11:54)
▪ Roll ups
▪ Roll ups with one leg extended at 45 degrees
▪ Single straight leg stretch
▪ Double knee stretch
▪ Criss cross (bicycle)
▪ Ball lifts
▪ Isolation lifts (2 min.)

Floor work (14:42)
▪ Seated attitude (pretzel)
▪ Side lying leg lift with bent knee / small presses
▪ Side lying leg lift with leg straight / small presses
▪ Pelvic tucks with knees together and toes up / tempo variations (4 minutes)

Stretch (7:01)
▪ Lie on back with feet together and knees open
▪ Happy baby
▪ Single pigeon
▪ Seated forward bend

▪ The pelvic tuck series is tough!
