This is a bodybar workout. Leisa has her own style of bar, with detachable doughnut weights; I used a regular bodybar. There are 2 background exercisers. Teigh McDonough is one, and shows modifications with dumbells. There are really interesting moves, some are like what All DelRio does for standing legs in BSS2 Maximum Cardio Burn. Others are standing oblique rotations. 20 minutes standing, then 10 minutes abs & stretch. A keeper.
Great cuing. Leisa will torture you in the most ladylike way for a good 30 minutes.
