Gilad is that handsome instructor with the great body who is the host of the ESPN Exercise Show "Bodies in Motion" which takes place in Hawaii. He is a very well-known, admired trainer to the stars, among them Arnold S.

I really like Gilad's instruction, his cable show got me exercising a long time ago, perfect for beginners. I had two of his tapes, the fat burning workout and the hips abs and arms one-- both are very good in cueing and format. Now I really like the step and tone workout.

Gilad is an excellent instructor. I have two of his videos; I've wanted to try his step video, but its $30 from Collage, and its pretty old (I believe it was made in 1992). I can get Creative Instructor Videos for $30 that has three different routines on the tape for $30, so I won't spend my money on one workout for $30. However, Gilad is an excellent queuer, safe, and more athletic than dancy.

The only word for Gilad is "charming". He's an athletic- type instructor -- low on choreography, high on what I call calisthenic moves. There are lots of jogs, jacks, lunges, and other traditional moves.

For the past 7 years, I have been following Gilad, with no intention or desire to work out with anyone else. He is excellent. He is the only instructor I know who comes close to a complete cardiovascular and aerobic workout routine in a 30 minute period. No gimicks, No crazy dance steps. This guy is strictly for serious excerisers. I don't wake up at 6:30 am for anyone but GILAD! Sorry Honey.

I found Gilad to be very inspiring, very fit, and very knowledgable about fitness. In this video, he looked like he was trying to make it fun. While doing the 30 minutes of aerobics he made a small mistake and others working out in the video got off track because of it. However, he made the best of it by telling everyone to do their "own thing" for 30 seconds and afterwards, brought everyone back to the routine. I got a good laugh out of this, had fun, and still got a good workout. His quing is also very good and he makes his moves easy to follow.

I have three Gilad tapes (Fat Burning, New Best of Bodies in Motion II, Sculpt and Tone) and I'd just like to add my enthusiastic praise for Gilad and his methods. He is energetic without being manic, and encouraging without being cloying or cutesy. He and his troupe(s) of exercisers are always up and high-energy, and Gilad himself always projects an air of high competence and good humor. I feel that I am in good hands when I use his tapes. His explanations of proper form, particularly during the floor work (abs, butt, legs) and weights work, are always clear and to the point, and I have never been injured while following his methods. I enjoy the high/low impact mix of his aerobics, and really sweat! The fact that I can do these workouts with very limited space is a big plus for me, too. I always leave him at the end of a workout with a big smile and a sense of real accomplishment. A final plus: Gilad's are the *only* tapes my husband will do with me!

ESPN !!!!!! We miss you.

Both of these instructors (Gilad/Jill Janklowicz) are sorely missed in our household. We miss them on ESPN. Their down to earth routines appeal to all of us (a household of six, ages 13 to 48.) We use the videos fairly regularly, but miss the discipline of getting up (we all tend to be lazier with videos) and the variety of routine each day.

Gilad is a down to earth instructor. Basic moves and basic instructions. Extremely effective for beginners. Great motivation!

I've been doing Gilads videos for close to ten years. It was the best for me to do them by my self because I had kids at home. Thank you, Thank you. I even did them back to back. Good stuff. however I miss you, our cable doesn't carry you any more wendy Seaberg

I also have been a HUGE fan of Gilad and Ada. I love the Basic Training and the Bodies in Motion workouts. I have been doing them for 5 years now,and I have my kids doing the work outs with me. The whole group are fun to watch and work with. Gilad and Ada have changed my life and how my kids look at working and having fun. Keep up the good work! Anyone who thought exercise wasnt fun or worth it never worked with Gilad and Ada.

I resent other exericise instructors who focus on dance steps that may look cute, but don't help a busy RN like myself stay in shape.

I'm also a diabetic on an insulin pump and Gilad and Ada's videos have really helped get my blood surgars under control.

Gilad and Ada (I think it's his sister?) are both wonderful. Gilad is energetic, fun and gives a very good workout in thirty minutes. I wish he would make some new shows for TV.

The workouts are wonderful. They are at a level for almost anyone. Gil knows how to increase your ability without feeling overwhelmed. The results do come. This is a workout for serious people - something you dont get tired off. The rest of the crew too are a encouragemnt instead of your usual pretty ones that tend to make you feel like your second rate. Keep up the good work and bring Ada (Basic Training Workout) back.

Gilad is great! He keeps you motivated and interest.

I also used to tune in to both Gilads shows, Bodys in Motion & Basic training with his sister Ada. Were did she go?? I think it's great that Gilads mom and dad are on his show sometimes too.

Instructor comments: Gilad can realy get me off the couch and workout!! I never miss a show thank-god for fit tv!!! I've been workig out for 3 weeks and already see much improvement!
