This video is produced by Sara City. It's about 37 minutes long, with 5 minute warmup, 5 minute cooldown and a 22 minutes workout. It requires quite a bit of lateral space, as she does double grapevines to each side. It doesn't require as much front and back space. The moves are all classic hi/lo: step touches, grapevines, mambos, pivots, v-steps, etc. She uses big arm movements and goes along at a prett fast pace, so I would rate the intensity as intermediate to low advanced. I modified everything to low impact and felt that I got quite a good workout. There are 2 backgrounders, one of whom shows low impact modification except at the very end. The last combo has a lot of jacks and plyo jacks. I just did half jacks. The music is pretty good for Dynamix fare. The production quality is on par with CIA (much improved over older SC videos). This video had a pretty high fun factor for me, without a lot of TIFTing. Gay is one of my favorite instructors and I would recommend this if you enjoy 'classic' hilo.
