This is a 54 minute step, strength and gliding workout.
The set is small and light. It is a corner of a room with a window in the back and a carpeted floor.
This workout requires a step, gliding discs, dumbbells and tubing.
Gay is quite energetic in this workout and she goes very fast from one routine to the next.
This workout is a combination of cardiovascular training on the step interlaced with strength training segments. The muscle conditioning routines are performed on the sliding discs together with either light hand weights or resistance bands. The workout concludes with core conditioning using sliding discs which aid in smoother movements and deeper lunges and stretches.
Gay is fun to work out with and this workout does go fast. I would consider this workout more a cardio workout than a sculpting one. The weights used are light and she does move so fast from one routine to the next. However the time goes by fast.
Gay cues well and is very motivating and fun. She is a bundle of energy and before you know it the workout is done.
