My comments about this video could be almost identical to my comments about Gay's Advanced Horizontal Step. This is a 40-minute step workout produced by Sara's City. The production quality is improved from previous years, and it's much more acceptable to me. In this workout, your step is vertical, or pointed toward the TV. I found it interesting and fun. The intensity and choreography are higher-intermediate to lower-advanced. She TIFTS a little more than some instructors, but I found the amount of TIFTing to be okay in this one -- but it's a good thing she ended it at 40 minutes. Anything more than that probably would have gotten boring. Grade A.
