I am surprised at how energizing and relaxing this 35-minute workout is. She stretches you out really good and at the end you feel nice and floaty, but alert and ready to go do your thing. This one can be for beginners, intermediates, and advanced. You just stretch in each pose to the extent youíre ready for. Molly offers good form tips as well. I really donít think anyone can go wrong with this one. Grade A.
