I like this! This yoga workout is a little hard to put in a category. It comes closest to being a combination of power and Bikram-style yoga. I really didn’t know what to expect when I ordered it (from Sara’s City), but I’m very happy with it. The workout is not as vigorous as, say, Bryan Kest’s workouts, but it offers a great alternative for days when you don’t want to go all-out. You still get a solid workout, but at an easier (but not easy) pace, and it leaves you feeling energized. It clocks in at just under an hour. The production is "okay" – it’s bland, but not bad. Grade A.
