This is an ok workout. You can
modify the intensity and steps (a couple may be rough on
weak knees; there are some hops and shuffles that may be
difficult on thick carpeting). The steps are probably
basic for experienced aerobicizers and a little difficult
for the novice. For some reason, this tape gives me more
trouble with the "mirror image" problem than
most tapes. But it's a short tape and I can get my heart
rate up.
