Low Impact Challenge

This tape is just TOO easy for anyone who's been doing aerobics for awhile. It was a waste of money for me, but could be good for a beginner or a very overweight person.

The steps are very easy to follow. However, even using maximum range of motion and/or making the steps high-impact, I just didn't get anything out of it. Her other videos are much more suitable for experienced exercisers.
