A lot of leg work with a band.
I liked it well enough while doing it, but wouldn't recommend anyone buy it as an
add on. If you get it as part of the deluxe package (which, if you are going to
get the basic, I recommend you get, if only to get CP 2), then it's great to have.
But otherwise, other leg workouts out there do a better job toasting your thighs.
Chalene is really friendly and motivating. I think she is an excellent instructor
with a pleasant voice and infectious enthusiasm.
She says "Yeah baby" a lot, but although that sounds like it might be
annoying - it didn't annoy me.
