CIA's first ever video - more of an instructional video, it starts out with Chet Vienne doing a high impact 15 minute segment that was easy to follow (he is very familiar to me - must have seen him on another video over the years). Next came Tamilee, who spoke for 12 minutes about interval training, then did an 11 minute interval workout (with Greg in the background) alternating high impact with about 30 second spurts of rubberband work. This was followed by 10 minutes of advice about leg injuries, with Greg's foot as a model (I got a kick out of this). Next, Tracy York (with Greg again) did a 14 minute, high intensity, low impact segment that was okay. Lastly, Greg talked about the importance of warming up and demonstrated a 7 minute warm-up routine. That was it. It was worth the $8.00 just to see Tamilee, Tracy and Greg ten years ago (1988 video). Only for diehard CIA fans.
