Lynn Brick works alone on this, using a step with
one riser--so, a six inch step setup. Simple set, simple
music, basic moves, simple routines. An efficient
warm-up, and a short (25 minutes or less) workout. It's a
beginner's tape, but I think, even for a beginner, the
w/o will prove unsatisfying. You wouldn't
"grow" with it.
That said, I'd be inclined to try an advanced step
w/o with Lynn. I'd like to see what she (and I following
her) can do. Here, she seemed to be holding back--which
is another reason this isn't a particularly good tape.
She doesn't model how to really give it your all.
