Power Stepping II is an intermediate/advanced
tape. A really nice warm-up followed by a well-cued step
aerobics workout. She incorporates propulsion, lunges,
knee/leg lifts, and a tough lower-body seqment as part of
the cool-down. Again, the music is great. Once again,
Lynn finishes this tape with push-ups, a tough abs
section, and a nice stretch.
