This 25-minute tape has several hamstring stretches as you would expect from the title. Itís nice, but I donít think itís as effective as power yoga, where you would build a lot of heat and then stretch. In this one, you basically just go right into the stretching. Although itís gentler than power yoga, I wouldnít really call it gentle yoga, either Ė sort of something in between. The workout is good, but there is one part that really annoys me. Close to the end, she does a particular stretch on the right side, but does something different on the other side. Grade B+.
