These Yoga Time tapes are really growing on me. This one is called Eye Strengthener, and the idea is that by doing inverted poses, you bring more blood/nutrients/oxygen to the eyes. I really donít know if it will strengthen your eyes, but what I love about this tape is a long shoulderstand/plow sequence. Your back will be really stretched out and relaxed. I donít necessarily recommend this for beginners, because plow can be risky for someone not used to it, and also because Marlon assumes youíre already experienced and doesnít give much instruction. For intermediates/advanced, though, itís great.
