Arm Strength II is not as challenging as Arm Strength I, but the two of them together offer a good balance. #1 uses more moves which tighten the chest, and #2 uses moves that open it. I like these “specialized” 25-minute Yoga Time tapes. I would not buy a general yoga video from her, because I don’t see that her style offers me anything better (or even as good as) the other instructors I like; however, these specialized, focused ones are great additions to my collection. Grade A.
