Yoga Time: Arm Strength I

I really like this 25-minute workout. The actual arm work is probably only about 10-12 minutes worth (thatís only a guess), but itís pretty tough. You start with Crow, where youíre balancing on your arms in sort of a squatting postion, and then it gets harder from there. The beginning of the tape is some sun salutations and other moves to get you warmed up, and the end is sitting/lying down stretching. The production quality is not super, but itís pretty bland. It is far superior to Saraís City productions, though. This one is only $16.99 at Barnes and Noble, and well worth it. Grade A-.
