I was surprised to see no review for Vol 8! This is one tough workout, possbibly because there is NO floorwork! None! Its all nonstop cardio and LOTS of kicking and standing ab work. I was wiped by the time the hour was up. Billy starts to go into the Tai Chi cooldown then says "Nah, I'm not done yet" and does a little bit more. It was too funny. Frankly, I was ready to quit!! LOL!! The music is good, it starts with "If You Could Read My Mind, Love" and even includes some hip hop. I'd have to say Vol 8 has the most cardio focus of all the Lives.
