This one is really different! It starts off with the floorwork, which is really nice. He does awesome ab work, then floor leg work. Then its up on your feet for some hard, but not killer, classic Taebo. There is less kicking in this workout than in most of the others. Perhaps because he already fried our legs with the floor work? LOL!! Its a lot of fun and reminds me a lot of hi-lo. The most intense section is near the end where he does some side kicks, etc. There are a few front kicks, no back kicks or roundhouse kicks.
The music for the intense portion is Santana's Oye Como Va - LOVE IT!!! He also does standing and isometric abs in this workout, and slow machine-gun kicks also. Great workout!!
Billy is fun in this one - he clearly is having a good time and is very encouraging. Shelly is not in this video - her role is filled by the petite Latina woman.
