This workout is 43 minutes.
The set is bright and the music is good and energizing. The exercisers are really pumped to work out and they show it.
This is a fun fast paced kickboxing workout. No wasted time. Billy is very motivating and shows some high intensity energetic moves at times. There is a point in the workout where Billy messes up in the routine but it quickly gets back on track barely noticeable. That being said I enjoyed this workout and loved the new routines at the end. There was no dread factor for me in this workout.
I didn't really experience as great of a mid-section ab toning as in Cardio Circuit 1. However I did have fun and get a great cardio workout.
Billy is always motivating and inspirational.
