Ho-hum, yawn. While this is a good workout, it just doesn't hold my interest. It does get better after about the first 30 minutes or so, but overall, it's just not one I want to do. It's intermediate/advanced, with some very good combos here and there, but it takes too long to get to the good stuff. And the music is very good, which is more than I can say for a lot of videos out there. But still, this workout needs more pep. I give this a B-.
Instructor comments: Jay is good, but I'd like to see him show a little more enthusiasm. He teaches and cues very well, and executes his moves very well, but he's sort of "lifeless" in this workout.
