This is a really fun high/low workout with good music. There is also some ab work and toning after the high/low, but I havenít done that, so my review is only for the high/low. Jay does a lot of fairly dancy combos reminiscent of Kari Anderson. In fact, I would recommend this to anyone who likes Kariís high/low. The aerobic workout on this one is 40 minutes, and Jay teaches and cues well. There were some parts where I thought he could have cued a little better, but it wasnít any big deal. There is a good mix of both high and low impact and itís not a space hog. Music is definitely above average! This is one Iíll do often because of the shorter length and also because itís just so darned fun. Grade A.
