This is a 45-minute higher-intermediate/advanced power yoga workout. Baron starts off with some interesting instruction about things to remember/do while you're doing the workout (this isn't part of the 45 minutes). For example, he talks about breathing and how certain areas, such as abs, should be held. But it's not the same ol' stuff you hear on other tapes -- they're the same principles, but somehow Baron makes them more meaningful. The workout itself is nice and tough, and a sweat-producer. It's not my favorite workout from Baron, but definitely a keeper. If you have Bryan Kest's Volume 3: Sweat, it's comparable to that, except it's not quite as long. Grade A.
