This video doesn't have an aerobic
routine. Instead, it's an instructional video for
you to learn to walk on your own or use a
treadmill. The information on it is very useful.
The toning exercises in the second half of the
video are very helpful, but they can be found in
her "Hit the Spot" book. The video
comes with two audiocassettes to keep the pace to
the music. They are 30-minute walks at different
paces, starting from one mile on side one of
cassette one, progressing up to 2-1/4 miles on
side two of cassette. I like the cassettes and
they make my daily walks with my dog much more
enjoyable, as well as much more effective.
