This video starts with a nice though
short warm up which does get your heart rate up.
Then the workout begin.
It is a tough and challenging workout which
fatigues your muscles. I feel it all over my
lower body after the workout. It is safe and
effective and Ms. Austin cues very well. We know
what she is gonna do next as she informs us well
She finishes up with a short cool down where
we get to stretch out our legs..this part was
hard for me as I am a male but probably is not
too bad for females anyway it is too short to be
Overall a well made and effective video. The
people in the background just followed her and
were seen to be grimacing at times when the
exercises were done but oh well! I think this
video when it was made won the video of the year
In general she is perky and off cue when
doing aerobics.. but this is just a toning video
so none of these weaknesses are on display here.
This video is made in the mid 80's so she was
pretty young then and not as perky in it.
