I think that this video is effective if you want to tone and strenghthen your arms and bust. The music is a little annoying but I am too busy concentrating on the moves to notice. I work with 5 pounds now but she suggests working with 1 then 3 then 5 or 10. Hopefully my arms will look as good as hers soon. I am already seeing results within almost 3 weeks.
Instructor comments: I think at times she is a little to perky, but I think that is what makes her Denise. She always pushes you and helps you finish her workouts.
