This 20-minute workout is targeted for the beg/int exerciser. Denise combines stretching, toning, basic yoga and Pilates for a total-body workout. Denise teaches by herself in this video, which has good production quality with gentle music and a soothing greenish/blue set.

There is a good flow to this workout with many form pointers. However, Denise's chattiness and plugs for Nature Made vitamins (Nature Made had this video made to be sold with its vitamins) might be an irritant to some.

Instructor comments: Denise is her usual perky self.
