There is no walking in this video. It is a 16-minute breathing and stretching routine.
You start out sitting in a chair, concentrating on your breathing and then do some
stretching. Then you stand up and do more stretching. Then you sit back down.
That about sums it up. I guess it could be a useful warm up if you were going to
do some walking afterward. :-)
