  • Your Personal Best with Karen Voight and Elle MacPherson.
Another winner for Karen Voight, and this one is within the grasp of beginner/intermediate exercisers. Great pop soundtrack and stunning Hawaiian scenery.

  • Aerobox with Kathy Smith and Michael Olajide.
This intermediate/advanced boxing workout is a good change of pace for those looking for something a little different, and the final jumprope sequence is quite intense, even without a jumprope! Michael leads with Kathy following and asking questions.

  • Sweat Express with Kari Anderson.
Another complex and dancy routine by the incomparable Kari. It's a few years old now, but still one of the best hi/lo classes on video.

  • Great Moves Hi/Lo II (GM201) with Kari Anderson.
Designed to give instructors choreography ideas, but great for any advanced exerciser looking for a challenging and complex floor routine.

  • Donna-Mite! by Donna Richardson.
This intermediate level favorite is a real winner--though it takes several times through the video to master the steps, Donna and her great soundtrack of oldies music immediately won over reviewers' hearts.

  • Get Up and Dance! with Paula Abdul.
The verdict was split on this one--those who get into the dancy stuff love it, the anti-dancy folks don't. If you like Paula's showy choreography and want the feeling of a dance class, club, or music video, this is your tape.

  • CIA 7002: 123 Workout with Christi Taylor .
Reviewers compare Christy's creative combos to Kari Anderson's. This 2 hour, three part workout starts off with hi/lo, proceeds to step, and ends with a combined slide and toning section. This one is as complex as 8003 (above). included in the Floor category because the 1/2 hour hi/lo section is a great workout all by itself.

  • Great Moves Hi/Lo I (GM101) with Kari Anderson.
Kari's other Great Moves Hi/Lo tape is chock full of fun combinations. This one's a bit easier to catch on to than 201.

  • CIA 9704: Two Workouts with a Vengeance with Franny Benedetto.
Half hi/lo, half step. Those who loved her in Boston Marathon will love it. included in the Floor category because the 1/2 hour hi/lo section is a great workout all by itself.

  • CRUNCH Master Class Aerobics with Michael Perron
Reviewers feel this is the best Crunch video to date, and at about 45 minutes of cardio, it's the longest of Crunch's cardio offerings. The intermediate level workout ranked high on the fun scale and handsome Perron captured reviewers interest.

  • CIA 5004 with Christi Taylor, Debbie David. (Step, Floor, Slide)
Though reviewers didn't care for the entire tape, all thought Christy's step and hi/lo segments were fantastic, and worth the price of purchase on their own. included in the Floor category because the 1/2 hour hi/lo section is a great workout all by itself.

  • A New Youwith Kari Anderson and Linda Evans
Beautiful forest setting, great music, excellent instruction, and exercisers of all shapes and sizes make this a very non-threatening beginner workout.

  • CIA 9801 with Christi Taylor.
Christi reaches new heights of creativity and complexity with this two hour, combination hi/lo and step workout. Reviewers were particularly taken with her joyful hi/lo routine and its high energy music. The excellent hour-long step routine is about the most complex on video, but worth the effort to learn. Christi's utter joy in teaching this routine is obvious, and reviewers couldn't be happier.

  • CIA 9802 - The Hi/Lo, Step & Sculpting Workouts with Faith Scarinzi
Though the video takes a couple rewinds to master, reviewers had a blast and enjoyed Faith's laid back style.

  • Hi/Lo H.I.T.S with Kari Anderson
Kari proves once again that she's a master of the genre.

  • Kathy Smith's Fat Burning Workout
This workout is a decade old, but it's still a classic, safe, sound workout for beginners who want a longer cardio workout than most beginner tapes offer.
