I consider this book to be a classic. In only two total-body workouts per week, I have reshaped my entire body and maintained a thirty-pound fat loss for almost ten years! This is the quickest, least boring weight training program I have ever tried. Though I do experiment with other programs, most notably Joyce Vedral's, I continue to return to the basic, no-nonsense program contained in Hard Bodies Express. Both home and gym routines are fully described and illustrated with clear pictures and pointers on form, and there are sections on eating healthfully on the run, how to speed up your progress, and on dispelling popular weight training myths. The best exercise book ever written!
