The authors give different weight routines for different body types EG "O" frames, people with a high % of body fat use high reps 12-15 and lots aerobics. "I" frames, people who are thin and lack curves, use reps of 6-10 with heavy weights to build muscle and do minimal aerobics. The authors suggest specific cardio for each body type. The emphasis is on shape training rather than building muscle for muscle's sake. Ends with a segment on nutrition and diet. A few recipes are included. A lot of the routines require machines but there are free weight substitutions given. Good routines, worth buying, fitness models that are shown are motivating.
