I bought this book because I wanted a comprehensive guide to
stretching. And this book certainly delivers it. The book has pictures
and explanations to over 100 stretches for all fitness levels and
abilities. You will be stretched from your neck to your toes. Everything
included in the book. Author also includes suggested programs for
different fitness levels and activities. The only muscles are not
covered in the book are facial muscles. Everything else is there (she
even has stretches for your fingers and toes). The other day I was doing
neck exercises. I could really feel it. My only complain that because I
don't have a visual demonstration sometimes it is hard to imagine what
the stretch is supposed to look like. I really wish the author would
produce a video with these stretches. Usually all the books and videos
concentrate on legs and back but not on your arms and shoulder. This
book covers it all. It is the most comprehensive book on stretching that
I ever saw. I would definetely recommend it to anyone, especially tight
people. This is must for VFers for injury prevention. It is 12.95 very
well spent.
